Jauá has the time to whatch
The small fishing town that is my home is called Jauá, an old term for a type of parrot, it is situated about 25 minutes drive North from the airport of Salvador ( not to be mistaken with the El Salvador) it is small in terms of the amount of folks living here full time but as an influx of native tourist at the weekend, a large number of these have houses here that are only used for the holiday periods or the weekends. This is my first night of blogging and I will try to work out some format for my writings so that it as interest value for those that find me here.
Stuart's Brasil
The one place that seems remote but always busy is the coast of Brazil. I have lived here for almost 5 years and find it a most intriguing place with violence and beauty going side by side largely because of the lack of education and the desire of the politicians to keep this situation permanent.
